Every now and again I see something that feels so obvious and so inspirational that I assume everyone else has seen it or knows about it - that I'm late to the party.
This is one of those things. If you knew about it already, I really wish you'd told me. If you haven't seen it before, create 15 minutes in your diary, get a cup of tea and settle down to watch it.
Jeremy Heimans spends 15 minutes talking activism and the growth of new power models and how they compare to old power models.
I'd urge you to watch it and ask all the questions posed of your organisation, your team and yourself.
