I love this look into the future from Ogilvy. Get yourself a cup of tea and have a flick through.
Particularly the section on messaging and chat. Which includes data that shows more people are using messaging apps than social networks.
This is important stuff.
Understanding how our audiences are using instant messaging and changing our fundraising and communication platforms to reflect this will become increasingly important over the next few years.
This isn't going to go away.
